Katelyn Gerhardt |
Katelyn Gerhardt is the owner of Pink Elephants. She has
eight years of experience working with
infants, toddlers, and children of all ages.
She also has years of experience with
children with Autism and ADHD. She has
three years experience studying American
Sign Language (ASL) and enjoys teaching
signs to pre-verbal babies to help them to
express their needs more clearly. In her
free time, she enjoys singing, dancing,
traveling, going to the beach, playing with
her dogs, and watching football.

Kaylie Kraus has a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a
minor in Religious Studies from Cal State
Northridge. She has 4 years of experience. She
has worked as a camp counselor and a life guard.
Kaylie has studied American Sign Language (ASL)
and can teach pre-verbal children and babies
signs to help them communicate. In her free
time she likes to travel the world, scuba dive,
play with her niece, bake, paint, and read.

Nikki Rideout |
Nikki Rideout has three Associate Degrees
and is a California Certified Alcohol and
Drug Counselor. She has ten years of
experience working with children. She has
spent many of those years also cooking for
the families she nannies for. She provides
an approach to child care that is structured
and safe as well as being fun, loving,
encouraging and exciting. She loves the
outdoors and is passionate about cooking. In
her free time she enjoys the beach, bike
riding, spending time with family, reading,
dancing, exercising, and traveling.

Andrea Farinelli
is currently attending the University of San
Diego earning her degree in Accounting. She has
6 years of experience with children of all ages,
including newborns. She has also worked with
mentally disabled peers through the Best Buddies
program while in high school. She enjoys country
music, playing with her dogs, going to the
beach, being with family, playing soccer, and
kick boxing. |

King |
Katie King has a B.A in
Communications and minor in Sociology from San
Diego State University. With 8 years of child
and infant care experience, she loves working
with children and helping them develop and grow
in a positive manner. Katie studied American
Sign Language for four years in both high school
and at the college level. She loves utilizing
her ASL skills in communicating with pre-verbal
babies and encouraging their language and
communication abilities to grow. Katie has
always had a passion for helping others and her
community. In her free time she enjoys working
out, spending time with her friends and family,
reading, the beach, art, and cooking.
